I have over 10 years experience leading a Special Assistance School, utilising strengths-based and person centred approaches to supervision. I am available for professionals in the alternative education and human service sectors seeking external professional supervision.
My role as a supervisor is to help you identify what's important to you in your practice and explore how you can express these values in your unique context. I have been very lucky to have had supervision from some outstanding professionals who have helped me in this same way.
My approach is informed by narrative and solutions focused approaches and I have completed training in these methodologies delivered by experienced practitioners from Unique Outcomes and Skattle among others.
From February 17, 2025 I am taking up a teaching role in an alternative education setting, and so offer External Supervision before and after school hours (except during school holidays where I have much greater flexibility).
